Allegheny County Sheriff Sales of properties being foreclosed are conducted on the first Monday of each month by the Sheriff’s Office of Allegheny County, PA. When the first Monday of the month is a County holiday, Sheriff Sales are conducted on the Tuesday immediately following the first Monday of the month.
