TO: OWNERS OF PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THIS NOTICE AND TO ALL PERSONS HAVING LIENS, JUDGMENTS, MUNICIPAL OR OTHER CLAIMS AGAINST SUCH PROPERTY.

NOTICE: IS HEREBY GIVEN that XSPAND, as agent of the Tax Claim Bureau of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, will hold a delinquent tax sale under the Pennsylvania Real Estate Tax Sale Law, P.L. 1368, as amended at 9:00 a.m. prevailing time, Wednesday, September 15, 2010, Court Room "A" at the Montgomery County Court House, Airy and Swede Streets, Norristown, Pennsylvania, for the purpose of collecting unpaid taxes, municipal claims and all court costs incident thereto. The following described properties will be sold for at least the Upset Price in the respective amounts hereinafter approximately set forth, plus realty taxes for the current year and municipal claims filed, if any.

The owner or owners are hereby notified that the scheduled sale of any property herein described may be stayed at the option of XSPAND for any reason or if the owner or owners, thereof, or any lien creditors, of the owner, on or before the actual sale enters into an agreement with XSPAND to pay taxes, charges, and interest due on the taxes, in installments in the manner provided by the said Act.

TERMS OF SALE: CERTIFIED CHECK OR MONEY ORDER, PAYABLE TO THE MONTGOMERY COUNTY TAX CLAIM BUREAU at the time the property is struck down. Other conditions to be announced at the time of the Sale.
